Derived from the heart warming phrase "MANGGAranon sa Amigo" or rich in friends, it teaches the members to look after and care for the people.

Initiated in 1980's, this group of younger generation of barangay Poblacion envisioned a program that is rooted on love and care.

Based at Miraflores St. and its "Home" at a Mango tree near the residence of Tomas Cabales Sr. the group of ten blossomed onto hundreds, "MANGGAranon sa Amigo" is now a legend.
